We have a standard 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request or submit a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging or packaging of equal size and weight. You will also need to verify proof of purchase with either an email or order number.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Full Product Warranty
Return customers (those who have purchased at least 2 or more items) who have signed up and subscribed to our page are entitled to receive additional benefits. Under our Full Product Warranty, if your item is damaged, defected, or incorrect, you receive a new item free of charge. If your item is accidentally damaged within the 2-year warranty period, you will receive a brand new item free of charge. If your item is lost or stolen, please contact us for a replacement at info@kdesignofficial.com
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or if the item you received is incorrect. We will evaluate the order and try our best to correct it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like a purposely damaged item. Only items that were not damaged with malicious intent will be accepted under our Return and Refund Policy.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that were purchased with gift cards at this time.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the correct item is to contact us immediately, return the item/items you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You will not be charged for an exchange.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
